Dear Jose
Re : Eco Aqua Magic in our Penguin Splash Pool
I would just like to thank you for introducing us to
the wonderful Eco Aqua Magic product for our Marine
Rehabilitation section.
When we installed the Penguin Splash Pool, we were
told by the company who designed and installed the pool
that two sand filters would be adequate for our needs,
and that we could use salt as an environmentally friendly
alternative to damage-causing chemicals. In addition,
the penguins that we rehabilitate are weak and in a
compromised state, and so it is crucial that they are
not exposed to any harmful products. Naturally, we also
wanted what was good for the environment too.
Well, this proved to be hopelessly inadequate to cope
with penguin poop. Even the penguins couldn’t
face the contaminated water and we landed up emptying
the pool every few days. A pool expert then told us
that the only solution to our Pea Soup Pool was to build
an expensive bio-filtering system. After already spending
R120,000 on the construction of the pool, we were somewhat
taken back at the extra cost to sort our problem out.
When you told us about your product, we were somewhat
dubious that an environmentally friendly product would
do the trick that the harshest of chemicals were failing
at, but what did we have to lose.
Amazingly, within two days of treating the water with
Eco Aqua Magic, the water cleared and the penguins instantly
started using the pool more. It was truly “magic”
!!!
We are in awe of your product, and will do all that
we can to encourage environmentally responsible people
to adopt Eco Aqua Magic for their pools. It’s
the right thing to do. Together we can make “a
world of difference”.
Thank you so much for sorting our penguin splash pool
out and for sponsoring the on-going use of Eco Aqua
Magic for our marine rehabilitation section.
Regards
